Just completed run 3 week 9. Being a woman aged 63 I thought my running days were over till I tried the couch to 5 k and can’t believe I’m now running at a steady pace for 30 mins. So to all you follow runners don’t give up you can do it good luck to you all.

Congratulations to you Mamakaz1956 for your graduation run on C25K, well done.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated.

Never too old to start running, I graduated at 72 and that is not the oldest age for anyone to graduate, there was a 83 year old who graduated last year and there is a man in his nineties who runs a 5k parkrun regularly in around 40 minutes most Saturdays. 😊

Many congratulations on your achievement.

I too am in my 60s and never considered running was for me but here I am - one run to go and then I graduate. Such fun to find I can run, albeit very steady, after all. I am so proud of my succes so far and I am silly excited for my run tomorrow.
