Great run. You got this now, that’s what you came here for, to be able to run. Tricky intervals at the start of week 6, keep the pace down and you’ll be fine.

Well done,I was worried about run 3 week five, but it was ok if you pace yourself, it’s amazing how you gain fitness in just a few weeks, I found week 1 hard and now I am amazed that I am now on week 7, keep it going
Doesn't it feel great, well done for every run which has got you this far. Bring on week 6.
