Week 5 run 3

Felt emotional after completing this week, having never run for 20 minutes in my life. Wasn’t expecting to finish without having to stop but I did & was so chuffed.

Couch to 5k has showed me a determination I didn’t realise I had. Lots of health reasons stopping me exercising for many years but this seems to be the answer.

Motivational reading about the journey of others too. Well done all of us!!!

Great job! It’s an emotional run for sure... it’s a landmark, it’s big, it looks scary, but it’s such a great feeling to finish it. What’s more, you’re just over half way through the plan and two thirds of the way to 30 minutes... you got this now.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5. There are countless people who take part in C25K including myself report that 20 minutes was the longest run in their lives, what they call a milestone run. 🏃 😊🏃
