Well done MDaw35 for running against Culum (storm ) this morning for you 20 minute week 5 run 3. W5R3 is a milestone run on C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run, it catches out a few people.
Thank you very much. Can I ask why is that run so all over the place? I'd have thought, having run for 20 minutes today, that this would carry on? Seems odd.
W5R3 is first run of C25K in which there are not any interval walking breaks, it terrifiesπ€ some people regarding running for a full 20 minutes non stop π, but once they have ran that 20 minutes, many are so happy like you were.
Sorry I'm referring to Wk6R1, why is this going backwards if that makes sense?
