I was nervous about this morning's run but i smashed it mentally and physically. The most difficult part of it was rubbing against the strong winds for the first 10 minutes 😊

Well done MDaw35 for running against Culum (storm ) this morning for you 20 minute week 5 run 3. W5R3 is a milestone run on C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run, it catches out a few people.

Thank you very much. Can I ask why is that run so all over the place? I'd have thought, having run for 20 minutes today, that this would carry on? Seems odd.

W5R3 is first run of C25K in which there are not any interval walking breaks, it terrifiesπŸ€” some people regarding running for a full 20 minutes non stop πŸ›‘, but once they have ran that 20 minutes, many are so happy like you were.

That is because after the first full non πŸ›‘ stop running of W5R3,week 6, run 1 and 2 are back to walking intervals, the first run in particular seems to catch a few people πŸ“€
