Normally go out undercover of darkness but getting so anxious thinking about run decided to get it over and done with. Found first and last 5mins hard but remembered everyone's words of wisdom & somehow kept going. Thanks everyone.
I do get embarrassed when I'm overtaken by walkers cos I take small slow 🐌 steps? Also, the app recommends repeating run?

Well done for completing the run!! Try not to worry about other people, you are doing this for you! Easier said than done though. If you think you’d feel better mentally completing the run again, go for it, otherwise crack on with W6, I’ve got mine in the morning 😧
That’s brilliant, great that you’ve come out in the daylight too. As we found out yesterday it’s easy to walk fast, not so easy to run for 20 mins without stopping. Upwards and onwards we all go 😀
