That's W8R3 done early today and I was a bit pushed for time to write my little blog. I'm very happy to have completed all runs non stop, in fact I still cannot believe I've managed to complete every run so far as per instructions! So far, I've not bothered to record how far or what my pace has been however today I wanted an idea. I'm pleasantly surprised at my pace, its not fast but its faster than my pace when I used to run a few years ago and I can run non stop now. Last time I tried to run 2 miles I had so many stops and starts my graph was all over the place. I think at the moment my 5k time would be 39/40 minutes, I'm not sure I'll ever run it in 30 mins, the closest I got was 34 minutes but I was 3 years younger and a stone or more lighter. But hey, I can run again, and thats fab
Hi-5 to Week 8.: That's W8R3 done early today... - Couch to 5K
Hi-5 to Week 8.
Great job and into the victory lap. I think it’s good to focus on the being able to run... times gradually go down over a few years, but age counters that a little too I guess. Like you, I just wanted to run again.
Wow so near the end. Good on ya x
Keep up the good work to get that graduation badge xxx
Yeah! 🖐hi-5 back and well done on today's run! Sounds a fab one and also sounds a good strong pace you have!
3 more runs to go!!
Brilliant! I'm tracking my last run of week 8 tomorrow morning too. Intrerested to see how far I can run.
A good result there, well done. Hello to week 9!

Well done that's great! You're just one run ahead of me and I've no idea of distance or pace. Need a device to record info!
