doesnt get any easier. is that because you're pushing yourself each time? going to keep up the three runs a week. really enjoyed the program.

I had the “it’s not getting easier” experience at your stage too. I slackened off the pace a bit, (which for me was a change from slow to even slower) & hey presto! - suddenly it was much more enjoyable and easier. 😄 In fact, having almost re-finished the program after an injury I think I need to take that advice all over again. Thank you for the reminder! 😀

Congratulations! I did the same as Elfe and took the pressure off. It does then become easier 🙂
