I finished week 4 on Saturday, then skated a marathon on Sunday (due to strava issues I actually skated 29.5 miles) So with delayed DOMS I thought today's run might be a little too much for my tired legs. But I found this run easier than week 4, but I think it is because you have a longer rest between each run. So on to run 2 on Thursday with hope that the DOMS will have subsided before then
I'm loving being active again and at what point can I call myself a runner again ??

Would you say to someone else at this stage, “no, I’m sorry, you are not a runner, that is a little fake”. No, you would say “that’s great, carry on”. We give ourselves feedback we would never dream of giving someone else. Celebrate how far you have got 😃
Good run. You can call yourself what you like 😂. Officially your coach will bestow that title on you at some point. I’d say you’re running, ergo you’re a runner!
