Well after twisting my foot and knee I had a few days rest and taking 2 days rest between run 2 part 2 and run 3 I've finally finished week 4. Week 5 starts Sunday. Wish me luck

Well done on getting this far. Week 5 will not be a problem for you. From week 5 onwards, I always had two rest days between each run - for me, I felt that the two rest days gave me more time to recover between each run. Good luck.

Nothing to dread. The step up from W4 to W5 is the same as previous weeks. Don't let it get in your head. I loved W5, as i really saw the progress I had made. You've got this 🏃🏃
