I am only on week 4 so don't have a lot of experience but I would say that week 1 run 1 was the hardest of all. I haven't ran since school and I think my body was thinking 'what are you doing? What is this?' Haha. Stick with it!

Well done Im only on Week 2 and my first run was awful due to pain in shins, either invest in some decent trainers or just look forward to the next run

It gets easier I promise. I just finished w2r2 and am finding my stride and look less like a tomato at the end of it than I did the first week
Well done!! Starting is so tough, but you’ve both done it. You’ll be surprised how fast you progress. I really didn’t think I could run longer than a minute, especially after the first week, my lungs were pumping! But here I am just started week 7. I found the hardest battle was and still is mental. But this forum is amazing for support. Keep up the good work x
