W3R1 done!!

Michellethegooner profile image

I was so terrified of going from 90 sec runs to 3 mins but I did it and I didn’t find it as hard as I thought!

My run path is very hilly as I live on the top of a hill so I wasn’t looking forward to that as a few wks ago I’d struggle to walk up it without getting out of breath but I can feel my overall fitness is improving every day, yesterday was a very busy day and I chose to power walk everywhere, I covered over 9 miles according to my fit bit so I’m really happy.

Great job on your rest day and on this run. So now you don’t need to fear the steps up, you just proved that you can do them. Enjoy the next.
