I did it! Still finding it very very tough but proud I did it! I did have doubts in my head about next week. I want to do this. I really hope I can.

Ok... so you’re been running 4 weeks... take a look back and see what you’ve achieved... that’s pretty amazing I think. Next week ends on a psychological test, your legs and lungs will be ready... it’s all about the brain, trust the programme, believe in yourself and be smart enough to keep the pace as slow as you can... then it’s a run that you cannot fear, it should be running away from you in fear. You can do it!

Thank you. That's really motivational. 😀

Yup right with you here!! It’s a leap of faith I think at this point. In for a penny in for a pound. Weird not concerned about w5r1 tomorrow but it’s the other two freaking me out.

It is not getting easier, but you are getting stronger and doing so much more than you were capable 4 weeks ago. What does not challenge us, does not change us ;)

It's okay to have doubts. The runs you have done are also about building confidence.

Try running a bit more slowly.

I've just done W5R1 at a much slower pace and I feel better and less stiff than when I started the run!

Out of interest, what time of day do you run?

I run about 8pm. I work all day so that's when 'me' time starts.

Have you tried getting up an ungodly hour and running while its more quiet?

Not what you're looking for?
