So I ran W4R1 Monday and found the step up a challenge but ok, W4R2 Thursday and struggled with the uphill gradient but got through it. W4R3 today and blimey, it was like I was running through treacle!
Why is it some runs you really "get it" and then you can do the same run 2 days later and struggle?
I am really bad at hydration I know (I am never Thirsty!) so need to improve this.
Really enjoying the challenge and I keep reminding myself that 4 weeks ago I struggled to run 60 seconds. It's great reading everyone else's posts on this forum - I can't tell you how much it is motivating me to continue

Good job buddy. Yours is a name I've followed from my first week. We are both creeping toward that graduation line and beyond. Keep it up👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🐢🏃🏼♀️😀😀
Well done. I did wk4r2 yesterday and have found both runs a big step up from week 3. It is very flat where I run so don't have the gradient issue. I find sleep impacts on how I feel during a run. If I had a bad nights sleep then running is a really hard. You mentioned hydration.Do you have a drink before running? I always do as don't want to carry a water bottle. Have you tried the app iDrated to record all you drink during the day?
