12 weeks ago I gasped through the first week of this plan. And after completely rubbish 1 and 2 run of week 6 I thought I would have to repeat. I have just done 25 mins non-stop. I think a two day break before a longer run helped. I really can't quite believe it. Was that really me? Seriously?

Well done HelenkaZ for running for 25 minutes, that would be run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a runner, your title sounds a bit like a song, Boom Bangabangbang by Lulu back in the 70's and the bit about "Was that really me" by Mary Hopkins about the same era.

Actually a little earlier, the 50's!. It was Little Richard, Tuttie Fruitte. Good old original Rock'n'roll, highly recommend it and not just for running either. Thank you!

Hey there runner... way to go. You’ve worked hard for that, now it’s tiny steps up until you graduate. Next run is the same duration, check that it’s really you before you set off!

Still weirdly bemused. Thanks for the encouragement, shall pay it forward.

I love the excitement! The title of your post shows how much it means to you ... good for you, keep that thrill in mind, it'll see you through the course. Just 5 minutes more to nail it!

Stringy snot now stopped. Lesson for today-: rock up for the run and see what happens. It could be good, it could be bad and it could be mehhhh, but you rolled up to face it and give it a go. That's a definite tick. Thanks for the encouragement. Appreciated.

Well done HelenkaZ what a high after two rubbish runs! Good job for seeing it through 👏👏👏🤠

💥Boom indeed 25 minutes is brilliant !
