Oh my goodness! Didn’t feel at all confident about this 25 minutes, but it was the best run I’ve ever done - and I increased my speed on the last minute! I’m a runner 🏃‍♀️😁🎉Still a very slow runner, but I found a comfy pace.

Well done it's amazing how your ability just builds week on week...it kind of creeps up without you knowing - great programme great you for sticking with it.

Ooh well done. You are now my inspiration as work/illness made me lose over a week...so am mid week 6 now. Looking forward to getting that 25 mins in the bag by monday.

You’ll do it no bother! Feels great to get to longer runs (never thought I’d hear myself say that!)

If anyone had said to me even 6 months ago that I’d be doing this, I’d have said they were mad! And now look! Week 7 Run 2 tomorrow! You’ll do it too!
