Three weeks or so ago I hurt my knee at the start of week 3 with what was apparently a bit of ligament damage. After a couple of shorter try-outs, tonight I managed a three mile walk at a decent pace, which is what I was doing before I started trying c25k. I reckon a couple of weeks doing this and I'll be ready to start stepping out with Laura again. Tonight, though, I walked with Absolute 80s and learned that I walk in perfect time to Cloudbusting by Kate Bush. I also heard Hey You The Rock Steady Crew, which is probably the most embarrassing single I ever bought. I bought it thinking it would impress a girl that I liked. It didn't.

Ha ha ha ha ha....I'm not revealing the poor record choices I bought to impress people, but that really made me laugh!
Really glad to see you're on the mend, cookie... Hope to hear that you've rejoined the Laura running crew soon, but make sure you're all healed up first. Good luck!
