Finally started week 6

I finished week 5 on a massive high and was really frustrated to go down with a nasty head cold that same night. So I've missed a week then I ummed and aaahd about running today. I'm not completely better in that I'm still a bit congested but i've stopped feeling poorly and was desperate to get back to it. I was fine, breathing was a bit more of an effort and I made sure I took it super slowly, but I managed and I'm very pleased with myself.

Thank you! I really did feel up to trying, but I was also aware that it was the dreaded W6R1 that so many people have posted about. So I did take it very slowly - so slowly that I'm sure I could have walked faster!

Well done. You’re back in the game 🙂
