So week 4 done! π Very similar run today as wednesday. Decided to completely ignore myself about slowing down and just run like I had before. I hadn't felt uncomfortable with it, but defo feels like a workout, which I'm hoping will build stamina for next week.
Heard a few peeps talking about trying out a sprint finish, so when Laura had announced the last minute decided to empty up and engage the nitro. Nothing much at all there, no Mo Farah and in reality probably got an extra 3 or 4 steps out of it, but hey ho wanted to try and end the week on a high (knowing I'd got 2 days off til my next run on monday too) π
So next week and the dreaded 20 minuter! β° I've done it before, and can do it again (my mantra for the next 7 days). I've done 16 mins each run this week (albeit with the 4 mins walking, so just got to think I can convert those runs into a jog and I'll do it. Will defo slow it down for that one!
Ironically it was W6R2 that killed me off last time, but one demon πΏ to face at a time.

Best of luck jiggles, sure you will beast it! Don't think about it, just see how you feel in the last 20-30 seconds. Sprint was very much an exaggeration (in my case anyway π)
yeah be confident, like I say this week its been 16 mins running, 2 runs before that to build up and its just the walking parts to convert to runs from this week, job done! (I hope)
