My first over 5k run.... probably my best run yet, I’ve done some smaller recovery runs during the week. Going for gait analysis this afternoon to get some proper running trainers before I start pushing distances any further

Another great run. 👏👏The pace looks excellent - you are definitely in the ‘runner’ category. And 6k is brilliant.
Would be interested on your thoughts about the gait analysis- keep thinking about it but not done ie yet.

I didn’t get to the place in time to have gait analysis done today so intending to go tomorrow.... I’ve had quite a lot of physio on one ankle and one lady said I roll onwards on my ankles and another says I roll outwards so 🤷♀️🤷♀️ thought I better check 🤣🤣
