Feeling much stronger and confident

My first over 5k run.... probably my best run yet, I’ve done some smaller recovery runs during the week. Going for gait analysis this afternoon to get some proper running trainers before I start pushing distances any further

Thank you..... think my new route has helped maybe... feeling so much happier about running and enjoying it much more. Never thought I’d actually be able to call myself a ‘runner ‘ but I actually am 👍👍 immensely proud

Another great run. 👏👏The pace looks excellent - you are definitely in the ‘runner’ category. And 6k is brilliant.

Would be interested on your thoughts about the gait analysis- keep thinking about it but not done ie yet.

Thank you, still absolutely loving it.... going to try and increase distance by 1k per week now

I didn’t get to the place in time to have gait analysis done today so intending to go tomorrow.... I’ve had quite a lot of physio on one ankle and one lady said I roll onwards on my ankles and another says I roll outwards so 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ thought I better check 🤣🤣
