Found my mojo today and got back on the c25k bandwagon.
I was surprised how good I felt considering I've spent the last 2 weeks sunning myself, eating cooked breakfast everyday 🙊 and drinking 🍷🍷🍷. The 5 minute run were actually ok. I even upped the pace on the last minute of run 2 and 3. I was on the treadmill but used that to think about posture (my horse riding coach has been bending my ear recently so making an effort in all areas)
Glad I made the effort today. Feeling energised afterwards , though will admit I am led on the couch eating ice cream now 🤣🤣🤣
