No you should not be upset, the motto or slogan here on C25K is "slow and steady" no need to hurry.
No... you should only be upset if you can’t run... or upset at yourself if you should and could have but didn’t. My fitness pal and any other app doesn’t know your pace, so take no notice of it... one guys sprint is another guys light jog... but for all it’s time with that heart rate up and getting fitter.
I can’t be Mo, I can’t be Eliud, but I can be the best UMN and better that best every day (not in terms of PB though)
The short answer is "No" , your race your pace , you do it in your own time and pace 😊
Ignore the tech and just go, run the timed stages, you'll get there!

I will not tell you how you should feel but it will not diminish your progress. So stick with what is comfortable for you.
Don’t let machines upset you. It doesn’t even know what it ‘told’ you. It wouldn’t even know if you chucked it in a lake and carry on care free without it. It’s not your pal anyway. Run to enjoy, don’t run to get upset by some software.
Thanks everyone. I think actually upset was the wrong word - I meant more that I was a bit miffed! I appreciate all your comments. I won’t let it put me off - slow and steady is the way 😊
