Oh my gosh. I can’t believe I’m here in just 9 weeks. From staggering through running for only 1 minute in week 1 to 30 mins without stopping - woohoo!

Thanks. I was there once and learned that If there’s any secret to this running malarkey then it’s running verrrry slowly! In fact, at certain points I was afraid of getting arrested for loitering - it was that slow 😜. So take it easy and I’m sure you’ll get there. Good luck and good legs!
