Terrified is the only way I can describe my Week 5 run 3 build up! And boy was it a build up, I’d had such a busy week at uni last week that 8 days elapsed between run 2 and run 3! So I did wonder whether I’d be able to get through 20 minutes.
Somehow I managed it! I’m elated 😃😃😃 anyone else just tackled the scary run?
