Well on Friday I completed the Week 5 run 3 to my complete surprise.
The first 5mins as usual were hard but ok, the next 3mins I had tightness in the bottom of my shins but from there I got my pace sorted and it was fine.
So proud of myself. Yay π

Well done ππΌ I found my perfect pace and my breathing slotted into place on WK5R2 so I wasn't feeling as daunted by WK5R3.
I completed the run, which I never thought I'd do at the beginning of this program, and I felt truly amazing π
I'm due to do WK6R1 after I've dropped my daughter at work this morning and I can't wait to get out there!! Keep up the good work, you're doing brilliantly ππΌππΌ
Aww thanks. I haven't looked ahead but suspect tonights run is going to be a long one too from what Ms Millican warned at the beginning of week 6. Fingers crossed π
