Knee probably not ready for hard paths yet, felt great for the first 3 intervals, then moaned at me for the last 3.

Little Miss UNM lapped me on her W3R3 so I’ll be taking her for a selection of health snacks tomorrow.

Volunteering at parkrun tomorrow & junior parkrun Sunday with our runs either before or after the Sunday one... on GRASS 😀

Onwards!

I got told recently that the grating in it was arthritis. I said it isn’t, it’s been like that since I was 16 and that’s just the way it is. Other knee is pretty much the same, second ops were mainly to clean up bone damage. My knees are probably as good now as they’re gonna be... and certainly better than if I’d made another attempt to either get on the ice or get my speed back. So it’s all good and time to get back on the horse, but with years of experience managing the issues.
