Is there a name for this running injury? Is it called Couch to 5k forearm? or perhaps it's a Strava Sore. It's where the velco on my phone holder has rubbed a hole in skin while running. Has anyone else suffered this?

Could be a first... consult a physio 😂

I was, funnily enough, thinking about this a couple of days ago. I’m thinking tape may protect the arm from the running but it’s gonna hurt taking it off 😱
