As everyone knows on here I’ve been out of running for about a Month. Three weeks ago I started running again but, only running once a week. My goal when I started back, to only run 3K. I did this for a couple of weeks. I felt I was ready to increase my distance to 4K and increase my running to twice a week, at the same time listening to my body, and if necessary reduce the distance or revert back to once a week. This morning I ran my first 4K in over a month. My body felt good and no pain. What I will do now is ice it and keep monitoring.
