First day run and first day back exercising since I feel pregnant 2 years ago.
Everything went well but my hips are really sore at the moment.
Please tell me it’s normal and will get better

Everybody gets aches and minor pains when starting a new exercise regime..............quite where those aches are varies. When running, it is the impact to blame for most aches, so keep nice and slow and follow the advice in the guide about reducing impact.

Well done for starting. I did W1R1 on Saturday & my hips are aching today. I found some beginners stretches on YouTube & did them today. 🤞 for W1R2 tomorrow 😬
