W1R1 - first run done and dusted. Feel a bit stiff and will take tomorrow off then go again on Tuesday. I’m going to aim to do each run at 6.00am before work so I’m concerned about fatigue. Maintaining motivation will be the key.

Take extra rest days if you need to. There is no rush. In time, if not immediately, you will find a morning run sets you up for the day.

Well done on getting started 😊 as Iannodatruffe says take as many rest days as you need, getting into a good routine will help it become the normal and stand you good stead.
I run 1st thing in the morning usually , i get everything out and ready the night before, I find it helps
As your confidence and stamina improves and you progress through the weeks you will want to keep going.

Welcome and well done. After a summer on this programme I can see a lot of differences in myself, one of which is I have more energy after a run than before... gotta love those endorphins! Enjoy your journey.
