Did my first park run this morning. Was very nervous, but it was fine - very friendly, and I managed to run the whole way round. There was something very gratifying about running with other people. My time was 36.35, so room for improvement but I reckon I can speed up next time.

That is a wonderful time for your first parkrun 60sgirl, I am sure it is a good thing running with a group of people compared with your usual run of be alone.
