Hi, can anyone recommend a good clothing range that won't cost an arm and a leg (I'll need my leg to keep running! ;D)

I run outside and I tend to get very hot, so I'm thinking long sleeved tops and light layers I can take off if needed.

I don't want something so clingy I will frighten the wildlife, but obviously it needs to keep me warm. All of the tops I have looked at a figure hugging and that isn't a good look IMO when everything is wobbling about.

Hi Schmeeley, I recently got a long sleeve training top and tights from Aldi. Training tights were a lot warmer than I expected and I got man’s training top just because it was longer and covers everything when I run 🤣. Problem with Aldi is once these specials buys are gone they’re gone. But I’m going to keep an eye out if the get more in because although cheap they are very good quality and wish I’d picked up a couple of each.

Decathlon have some reasonably priced things i got all my gear from there! On chilly days so far i’ve just put a light hoody on top and end up with it tied round my waist.

Aldi. Lidl. Primary. Tesco. Asda. Sainsbury’s. Sportsdirect. Tkmaxx. Plenty of choice and cheap as chips.

Tesco had a good range of looser running tops I’ve noticed and they’re longer which is good to cover your back and bottom. I Have one of their “burnout running tees which is cool. I have a gorgeous fitted sleeved zip up running jacket too - it’s a beauty and was a tenner Have a look online. They have thismstuff in store too of course 👍👍

I’m gonna go compression base layer with the top layer baggy... and maybe a couple of other layers of it gets really cold.
