Another 25 min run without stopping. Plus 5 min walk warm up and 2 sprints in 5 min cool down. Really enjoyed the run tonight and tackled some hills. W7 done now to enter W8. Sunday 7th 5k fun race. Bit nervous. Good way to start W9 though.

You’re on fire Marco! And a race! 😀 Just be careful not to get carried away and pick up an injury (nag nag!) Imagine having to postpone graduation week ..... 😩

You’re taking this programme and wooping it upside the head! 👍😀 Have fun!

Great run... sprints good to spend some energy and set you up nicely for week 8.

Don’t sweat that 5k... you’ll be ready to have a lot of fun doing it.

Well done Marko. You've got this nearly in the bag. Keep going kid, you can do it. 👍

Well done but take heed of the wise words of cheekychipmunks. We want you to get to the podium sooner rather than later because of a mishap
