Hello all, I have completed my 1st day this evening. I was thinking to start tomorrow morning but then I decided it’s now or never. I feel super happy about it and I have to say, it really wasn’t that bad. I would like to loose a little bit of weight, but my priority is to get more active, and to feel better physically and mentally. Have a good night everyone.

Avoid the scale. c25k isn't a weight loss programme, but will certainly help you get fitter and once you're running longer distances it may help with weight loss. Perhaps track some other measures of fitness that may help you feel a sense of accomplishment, like your resting heart rate, blood pressure, waist or other circumference, how well you sleep, how you feel doing your hardest physical tasks around the house, etc. Keep at it!
