So managed to complete the first challenge, although considering myself as quite fit still thought my legs would buckle at times but now 30 minimum later I’m feeling super proud of myself . I’m not sure if it’s cheating but completed it on the treadmill at the gym but anyhow still completed

However you run doesn't matter, be proud of yourself for making the start, good on you. My only advice is to make the most of the lovely special people on the forum who will help you so much on the way whenever you need them. Good luck 🍀👍
