That was epic, just got into a rhythm and didn’t stop. Realised 10 minutes in I wasn’t even breathing heavily. I hated run 1 and 2 this week but I can see that they were necessary as I was ready for today. A little tear and she said I’m officially a runner ❤️🏃♀️

Fantastic! This is so encouraging to read, we've just done week 6, Run 2 tonight and I have to say, I haven't enjoyed them as much as previous runs so I'm glad to hear they're worth it in the end! I trust the program 100% but I think I've decided that intervals are no longer my friend 😂
That’s exactly how I felt, both runs knocked my confidence a bit and I really didn’t enjoy them. Run 3 made me feel as good as I did before and then some! It still feels strange that am now glad ‘having a break’ is no longer part of my run! I’m a changed woman!

So cool - it’s great when it suddenly clicks and you are in the zone.
I huffed and puffed the first 4-5 weeks, but when I hit week 6 then I knew I had found a sustainable pace and have been able to push on for longer times / distances

You couldn’t have wrote this at a better time! I so wanted to hear this after run 1 & 2 knocked my confidence. Run 3 is tomorrow! I really want to write a post like this!!!!
