But didn't get around to watching the stars. At least the moon was helping light the paths.
So W3R2 now done.
Went nice and slow but km splits were improved to almost dead on 7.00 minutes
Only one more run this week! πΈ

Good job.
Careful with the pace... especially when the duration steps up. I was always told I could add speed or distance in a run but never both. 7 min/km is very good right now, donβt be afraid to slow it down if you need to.
Enjoy closing the week out.

Thanks UNM.
W3R1 was with the group and we all seem to get sweet up in the excitement so run a bit quicker.
I wasn't out of breath and chatted during running and walking periods.
It felt slow. πΈ

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 6 years ago Must be lovely running down a country lane with no light pollution when there is a full moon

The previous town we moved from did suffer light pollution.
Now I can just about make out the Milky Way

Well done Katnap. Sounds like a very good pace to me- and a lovely way to run.
