Just finished and feeling good but just about at my limit with 3 minute run just hoping it will get easier as I really want to finish this and start running Elgin Parkrun in 6 weeks🐌

Well done you ! Take it steady: sometimes running just a little slower can make a big difference, and every time you get out there you’re building up stamina. We believe in you 🙂

It is all about finding your pace and adjusting as you run the minutes. It is not about speed at this stage. Well done so far - you really can do this xx
