It might not get any easier but it might not get any harder either. So by week 9 you will be running for 30 minutes and it will be tough, but achievable- Keep at it

Keep persevering. I found that as my stamina improved I started to enjoy running. Iโve never found it easy but I do enjoy it
Thanks! I really want to be able to run, Iโm determined this time!
You can definitely do it. I always played lots of netball so was quite fit but running for a longer time I couldnโt ever do. When I started C25k and followed the sessions taking it slowly I was astounded that I was able to complete each run and keep running for 30 minutes by end of week 9. Itโs a fabulous programme. Keep going and you will shock yourself. I felt amazing when I graduated. Good luck and keep us posted with how you are doing ๐๐ผ๐๐

Maybe not... but another run is done. It took me a lot of grit to get through the early weeks and then my fitness, that I was aware was improving but still lagging behind, caught up with my willpower and I got a run that was almost effortless. So, be patient and keep putting in the hard work... it will be worth it. Great job today.

You are getting stronger though ... slow and steady as you go!

I'll be honest, the first three weeks were the hardest for me. Week three, on one run I was nearly sobbing with pain, my lungs burning and praying for the end. That was the closest it came to beating me. But, I persevered. I graduated a few weeks ago and now I go out when I can, tackling insane hills, and running for longer than I thought I ever would. You can do it. Trust me. Trust our in yourself, and in the programme.
Week2Run1 ... this isn't easy, but then nothing worth doing is. It is by no means impossible though...as long as I don't try to go too fast. I am doing 4mph. What rate did others start at?
