I'm off on my hols on Friday and am determined to carry on whilst I'm away. I will be doing my last run of week 6 plus weeks 7 and 8. I'm going to be using their gym treadmill so was after some advice as I haven't used one before. I read somewhere that you should put it at an incline. Cheers.

Hi Kim
When I’m on the treadmill I put the incline to 1% as instructed by a PT.
