Can’t believe that was exactly the same run as I did on Saturday. Although I kept going and completed the run it felt so much harder than the the last one.

I did have an additional rest day before the last run so maybe that’s the difference? It was also much colder out.

Who knows!! Fingers crossed the next run will be easier 🏃‍♀️😊
