Was dreading this as I did not believe I could ever run for 3 minutes.....but I did it !!

Now back at home and my calves are killing me πŸ˜– Hope I'll be recovered enough for next run on Wednesday ...

If you're still stiff on Wednesday, wait till the legs have eased, maybe Thursday - on the other days do your leg strengthening.

My last run was Wednesday (with a walk in the Lakes in between), I'll be out this evening

Thanks for the advice . Will do the exercises and see if I can give it a go on Wednesday !
