Never thought I would enjoy this but I do! Despite dodgy knee and sciatica I am feeling better, stronger and losing weight. However I can't imagine being able to run for 20 minutes or more at a stretch. Next couple of weeks will be a big test methinks.🤔

They will be a big test... but not of wether your legs and body can do it... that 20 minutes is purely a mental barrier by the time you get to it. The plan will have you physically ready... trust it. You will be capable of completing 20 minutes... believe in yourself, look how far you have come. Take the great feeling of achievement you get after a run... multiply it by 10 and go get that feeling. Relax and you can do this!

Just stick to the programme and pace yourself and I'm sure you will be fine. The programme is so well designed and builds you up incrementally to achieve more than you ever thought you could
