W6R3. This was the first time I set off doubting myself, but IT IS DONE ✅
I was really feeling like stopping but I had to coach myself to keep at it. Lungs OK , legs OK , just my head wanting me to quit but I did it! My language was a bit saucy when Jo suggested I speed up for the last 60s 😜
I see W7 first run is a repeat of 25 min run and I know it's tough but I've done it once!
Achilles a bit sore but I will follow advice posts and be ready for my next run. I am not sure I will ever really love running but I love the feeling of achievement after the challenge. 🏃🏽♀️👌🏼
