Hello - you’ve done really well just getting out there, well done! Just read the guide to the plan, keep the pace steady, get some decent trainies and make sure you have at least one day between runs. I go Tue and Fri straight after work and Sunday mornings and that works well for me. Have fun and enjoy yourself xxx

Listen to your breathing, don’t try to do too much too soon.... I tried and learnt the hard way 🙈🙈 just take it slow and steady.... good music helped me
Well done Hun the first step is always the hardest. When I first started I got hung up on the fact I don’t run very fast, I run a 17.10 min mile but I’ve learnt the hard way not to go off too fast. Once I learned to embrace my inner snail things went a lot better. Slow and steady wins the race. Believe in yourself you can do this.
Well done! 🎉 Keep going, you’ve got this, take it slow & steady! This is an awesome journey to be on! 💪🙌
Well done I’m back for the second time just started week 2 , as others have said breathe, I forget sometimes I found today easy , when I did first run I thought I’ll never do this , and slowly on I go

Welcome. My advice is just follow the programme (don't be tempted to skip a run like I nearly did!). Believe in yourself and if you have a tough run don't assume the next will be as hard as every one can be different depending on various factors. And don't be tempted to run too fast. Getting your breathing right is important when you get to the longer runs and you can't hold your breath or pant for that long! The sense of achievement is fantastic. Good luck and enjoy
