I’ve just done the 3 minutes today and I was dreading it, but honestly it’s fine it’s amazing how you can just do it as your fitness builds up 😁

Good job. 3 minutes is something that these last two weeks have prepared your body for... it is ready. You need to trust the plan, believe that you can do it and relax... you’ll be just fine.
As Oldfloss advises,keep it slow. You will spend up naturally as you get more fit.
