I feel like this run was simultaneously harder and easier than the first one, I got red less quickly and less intensely on my face ( I'm very pale so go red easily) I need to work on stretching out my muscles so they aren't as sore in the future. :))

Good run. Keep your legs busy on rest days, just don’t run. Stretches help and stay on top of hydration on all days. You’ve made a great start.
