Don’t know if I’m happy or scared to have no more walking in my runs.

Really pleased to have got this far though 😁🏃‍♀️🎉

You have done so well to get to W6R2 jlw34, yes, from on its all non-stop runs, you ran week 5 run 3 with no issues, so don't worry about a run which is 5 minutes longer regarding W6R3, I know that you can do it.

Nah it’s not scary It’s just one foot in front of the other. You’ve done it loads of times 🙂👍. You’ll be going slowly. No worries

Once week six is done then I rather think you’re batting down hill 😎

When I did the programme I actually found the nonstop runs suited me better. But years after graduating, I almost never run nonstop. I do what feels good, push myself if I feel like it, stop and enjoy the views … it's all exercise and unless you're training for an event, once you've graduated you can do whatever you like.
