Been out tonight with c25k group.

We got soaked.

Not been out in rain before, after a while stopped noticing. Well til got back in car, soggy drive home 🌧️🌧️🏃🏃🌧️🌧️

God I'm really dreading my first run in the bad weather, but I know they're only around the corner. I'd say that if you can do whatever run you're on in that kind of weather, you can do anything

A run cap is cheap as chips as is a lightweight run jacket Running in rain is ok while you’re running but you soon chill when you stop. Get rigged out before winter 😃

Yes I have no idea what to get for winter. Found out my jacket isn't waterproof!

They aren’t. They just keep the worst off. Waterproof, windproof ones are expensive but generally used by fell runners and those out in the mountains where being cold and wet is a no-no
