Just started!

Just did my first outdoor run in 31 years! I am determined to do this programme to shed the flab and get fit. I feel elated. I have put it off and put it off and I have no idea why! Just hope I don’t give in,I can be a quitter when it comes to exercise. My biggest fear was embarrassment but it was absolutely no biggie!

There are no quitters here on C25K SuziQ7 I know you won't be the first, you will not get embarrassed as you say, good luck for the next 9 weeks in your 🏃 journey😊

The best way to beat fear of embarrassment is just to get out there! You may get the odd funny look... but I bet you that person won’t be a runner. You’re going to change your life and end up fitter than any detractors

Enjoy that first run, slow and steady. Welcome.
