Can’t actually believe I’ve just completed day 1. I’ve never ran before in my life!! It was hard and I had to stop a few times in the middle runs but the first 2 and the last 2 I ran the whole minute. Feeling pretty epic right now!!

Hey me too! Finished about an hour ago and it felt great (if very sweaty). Am feeling like I could go for a nice nap now but am trying to resist the temptation!

Hi, well done you. I'm the same as you I'd never ran before even at school, I always used to get my mum to write me a note. Anyway in my mid fifties now and 2-3 stone overweight so had to do something. I started this in on June 25th, graduated about three weeks ago and managed my first 5k on Sunday, took about 46 minutes with the warm up and cool down walks, so I'm not fast, but I have got there. So keep going and you will too, Best of luck
